As with
all charities the Hospice is run by a Board of Trustees. These
individuals give up their own time without reward to ensure the
hospice complies with all the legislation applicable to the charity
and the service we offer.
The overall management of the hospice is devolved to a management team who are responsible for the day to day running of the hospice, the production of one and five year plans and the implementation of the overall mission and vision of the hospice. The following is the management structure of the Hospice
