Trustees, who are responsible for overall governance, serve on
the Board, which meets on six afternoons each year, and in
addition, they take an interest in specific areas, to ensure
hospice and palliative care services of a high standard are
developed. Our services, which are professionally managed,
cost over £2 million per year to deliver.
We are
particularly looking for people with experience in clinical
service provision, business and financial management,
strategic planning, income generation, charity law, marketing
and PR, from all areas of the communities we serve. Those with
Board experience would also be welcome.
Selection will be by interview with a Board
panel after an informal visit.
